Room size felt cramped! ! Poor bathroom space for comfort! Multiple loud HVAC units kept me awake! Need for clearer information on dining options! Unpleasant stale smell upon entering!

I loved the location right in the heart of Times Square, making it convenient to access all the theaters. The housekeeping staff was diligent, coming in daily to tidy the room and provide fresh towels.
The service felt a bit lacking at times, especially during busy hours.

The ambiance here wraps you in a warm hug as soon as you step through the doors! I loved the Art Deco style that gives the hotel a timeless elegance, and the plush bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, there’s a delicious $5 breakfast special that fuels you before your NYC adventures!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious Signature 2 Queen Beds room and the cozy lounge area where we relaxed after a busy day. The fitness center had all the equipment we needed to unwind while also having access to a nice jacuzzi. The only hiccup was having to switch rooms halfway through our stay, but overall, we had a great experience! 😊

The location was a dream—just a hop, skip, and a jump from Times Square! It felt like staying in a postcard of NYC, with bustling energy and iconic sights at my doorstep. The room was clean and the beds more cushy than a marshmallow cloud, perfect for a weekend getaway.

I had an amazing time with my friends! We spent our days visiting the urban park with summer concerts and took an exciting On Location Tour to see iconic movie scenes. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to unwind after adventures. The location is unbeatable, and the grab-and-go breakfast was super convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place for group getaways!
The only downside was the breakfast service. it felt a bit disorganized, and the staff could have been friendlier during that time.

missingWrote a review on Nov 13classic decorprime locationdated facilities
The location is a prime spot, just steps away from the bright lights and bustling energy of Times Square, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms feature classic decor that really gives off that vintage New York vibe, creating a cozy, comfortable atmosphere for relaxation after a long day.
However, the facilities feel quite dated and could use better soundproofing. noise from the street and neighboring rooms easily seeps in, especially with those old windows. The bathrooms are small with some quirky features like low toilets that may not be suitable for taller guests, and the additional resort fee for breakfast felt a bit misleading considering the limited options provided. The air conditioning units, while effective, are a bit noisy, leading to less-than-restful nights if you decide to leave it on.

The location of this place is exactly what you want close to all the action and the beds in my room were so comfy after a long day just like sleeping in your own home plus there were friendly staff who helped us with our late check-in and made sure we had everything we needed.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get, it's still okay.

Convenient grab-and-go breakfast options.
I faced numerous issues with the staff. Upon arrival, the front desk was unhelpful and dismissive regarding my parking situation. I was forced to search for parking for over an hour after confirming my van would fit the garage, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the communication about room amenities was misleading, leading to a cramped stay without the expected accommodation.
